I don't feel sorry for people. At least I don't pity them because I don't to be pitied. However I made an exception when I first meet Lazaro Sullivan. He is an interesting character yet not very cheery.
When I first meet Lazaro Sullivan I thought "pity, you could do so much better my friend." He was smart and talented yet cold with enigma. Lazaro is half hispanic and half caucassian. He wants to be a film director and goes to Da Vinci University. " I was lucky to get into that school" told me but I don't believe it was luck. Lazaro is unaware of his hidden talents. There were so many things blocking his true talent and real him.
You see Lazaro lives with his step mother and four other kids siblings. Everyday was a nightmare to him. I have never seen anyone carry depression on their shoulder as he did. Such hope and despair.
Lazaro has gone through a lot in his life from losing his mother, to getting beat in college and almost getting killed by a gang member. Many would give up hope and end it. Lazaro decided to end his life with a jump. He gave up hope and then hope found him. You see, some people are unable to see the potential that they have. They ignore it because they believe they are not worth it. This was Lazaro.
Lazaro thought he ended his life and escape the hardships of life. However, going into darkness, an entity found him. Lazaro was brought back to life.
Second chances are rare. How many people get to live twice.

J.K. Rowling inspiring
She was the one who inspired me to write when I was only 11 years old. Although I did not read all her books (due to the movies). J.K. Rowling has inspired me so much. After reading the first four Harry Potter books back in 2002, 2003, 2004. I felt as if me and Harry Potter were living similar lives. I related so much to the Potter character when I was young it inspired me to write.
I started writing fantasy stories too as my escape and to one day become and author. It was for sure. Although I was a lazy little kid I still dreamed of one day writing my series of books like JK Rowling and capture the imagination of millions of kids.
After hearing her success story now that I am an adult, JK Rowling taught me a lot about life. One of my favorite quotes that she said on the OPRAH show was "the best way to live with your self is with the truth." Being a teenager that use to lie to himself a lot I began went on a journey to discover more about my self. One who understands himself better is a happy person.
I see the way JK Rowling talks and the way she is. She is so graceful, happy and fulfilling. I said "that is the kind of person I want to be." JK Rowling never settled for less. She knew the life that she wanted to live and aim to succeed no matter how long it took. I want to walk the earth as she does with much grace and fulfillment.
So thank you JK Rowling for writing the Harry Potter books. I probably would not want to be an author if I did not picked up the book of "the boy who lived"

A dance of Cloaks by David Dalglish(awesome novel)
I just finished reading "A Dance of Cloaks" by David Dalglish.
A story about Thren Felhorn a lord assassin. Thren has been fighting the trifect for many years and has been trying to kill the king. He is trying to take over with his spider guild. Grooming his son to one day take over his position. His son Haern ends up escaping.
Dance of Cloaks is one of those books you dont want to put down. It takes you away page by page. The characters are incredible but my favorite one so far is Haern. David Tells the story from different characters points of views. This book reminded me of assassins creed. If you are into bloody tales, violence and just adult content in general then this is the book for you.
As a fantasy geek I give this book a 5 star
I happen to stumble upon this book on amazon.com I was just looking for a good book to read. My fantasy adventure cravings lead me to this book. Sorry but "Witch and Wizard just did not do it for me. Although is a good book I could not continue reading it. Dalglish had my taste and thank god I picked up the book.
I am thinking of reading the next one called "A Dance of Blades"
Cant wait to see what happens next.
